Saying hello

Hi everyone!

Welcome to my blog! The reason why I've started writing it is that I think it's very useful nowadays: it can give some personal information about you and you can get to know other people more thoroughly. :)

At the beginning, I would like to write some information about me. My name is Zsuzsanna Fodor, I'm 21 years old and I come from Balatonalmádi, which is a small town near lake Balaton.

I study Italian and English at the University of Pécs. I'm a second-year student now. The reason why I chose these languages is that I like them :) Moreover, they are very useful in Europe, so it's worth learning them ;)

At this point I can claim that these things aren't interesting to everybody, but next time I will write about interesting stories, I promise. ;)

But I have to go now to finish packing my clothes for the next school-week. :(
Bye-bye!

Well, these bits were sure interesting for me -- your combined Italian and English studies, for example. Do you study reading and writing at the Italian dpt, too? How? Do you read Italian novels and magazines? Loads to tell us. You decide what to talk about, of course.

Thank you for your comment! Well, combining the English and the Italian languages wasn't intentional, because last year when we had to chose our mior subject I was also interested in Literature and History. But I could hear in the radio, in the tv and from my teachers, that those who study at least two languages at the university will have better chances in the labour market. But I don't regret that I have to study English, because I like this language, too :)
I also have similar courses in Italian, like reading articles from newspapers (for example: La Repubblica, Corriera della sera), reading novels and romances in Italian, because we also have litelature in this semester. Unfortunately, we don't study writing as much as it would be needed, but we're trying to do our best :)
